A partnership built around your program, your youth, and your budget.
All JB Empire Arts partnerships are annual agreements, renewable each year. Every tier includes workbooks and all art supplies. Your team just brings the youth.
Choose Your Tier

Common Questions
What organizations ask before signing.
Do we need to provide any materials or supplies?
No. JB Empire Arts brings everything: workbooks, art supplies, and all materials needed for the session. Your team just needs a space and the youth.
Can we use our existing program space?
Yes. Jay works in your space and transforms it before youth arrive: soft music, art materials arranged with intention, a healing environment created from what’s already there.
Are the outcome snapshots suitable for grant reports?
Yes. Roots and Canopy outcome documentation is built specifically to be shared with funders, boards, and grant applications. We know what evaluators are looking for and structure the reporting accordingly.
Can we switch tiers mid-year if our program grows?
Tier upgrades can be discussed at any point during the partnership year. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Reach out and we’ll find a structure that works for where your program is.
How far in advance do we need to schedule workshops?
Workshop scheduling is set at the start of the partnership year so your program calendar is locked in. We ask for at least two weeks’ notice for any changes or rescheduling needs.
What if we want to try one workshop before committing to a year?
Single sessions are available at $500, with all supplies and workbooks included. The single session fee applies toward a Seed partnership if you decide to continue within 30 days.
Not Ready for a Full Year?
Start with a single session.
Experience the work inside your program before committing to an annual partnership. One session, fully delivered, everything included.
