These Terms of Service govern your use of the JB Empire Arts website at jbempirearts.com and any services you engage with through JB Empire Arts LLC (“JB Empire Arts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
JB Empire Arts provides expressive arts healing workshops and annual partnership programs for youth-serving organizations. Our services include:
All services are delivered subject to a signed partnership agreement or booking confirmation between JB Empire Arts and the contracting organization.
All partnerships and single sessions are confirmed in writing. A signed agreement and deposit payment are required before any services begin. Invoices are issued through Square and must be paid in full according to the schedule outlined in your agreement before the corresponding service is delivered.
Annual partnership fees are billed according to the schedule in your signed agreement. JB Empire Arts reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if payments are not received on time.
Cancellation by the organization: If your organization cancels a scheduled workshop session with less than 72 hours notice, that session is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled within the same partnership year, subject to availability.
Cancellation of an annual partnership: If an organization cancels an annual partnership after the project has begun, all completed sessions are billed at the single-session rate of $500 per session. Any amount paid above that total for completed sessions will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation by JB Empire Arts: In the rare event that JB Empire Arts must cancel a scheduled session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule the session at no additional charge or issue a prorated refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Single sessions: Single session deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance and we will work to find an alternative date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to jb.empirearts3@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of JB Empire Arts LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The SELM™ method, Art Pharmacopeia™, Vibration Menu™, and all related frameworks, curricula, workbooks, and program materials developed by JB Empire Arts are proprietary. Organizations may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or teach these materials without express written permission from JB Empire Arts LLC.
Partner organizations may use JB Empire Arts’ name and logo in grant applications, program materials, and reports that reference the partnership, with appropriate attribution.
JB Empire Arts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or program outcomes.
JB Empire Arts’ total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the organization for the specific service in question.
JB Empire Arts makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes for individual youth participants. Results vary based on individual circumstances, the frequency of sessions, and factors outside our control.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a service engagement with JB Empire Arts will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
